Project objective
Strengthening the sensor supply chain for biomechanics and real-time cardiovascular monitoring targeted at fitness and healthcare applications.
Expected results
- Textile-integrated electronic systems for real-time monitoring of heart, respiratory and motion parameters in air and water, using an interdisciplinary approach.
- Semiconductor technologies enabling the reuse of micro-nanosystems in both sport and healthcare.
- Miniaturised devices enabling the recording of biochemical parameters, resistant to harsh environmental conditions such as salt, fog, chlorine, detergents, high and low temperatures, etc.
DAC's role
DAC will develop new, edge-optimised multimodal models to be used with the sensors developed within the project. In addition, DAC will focus on firmware to ensure efficient inference at the network edge.
